Throughout history, the significance of the color blue has been elusive. Egyptians found it to be holy, and royals would stay out of the sun to make this color pop from their veins. Now, we have labeled and contextualized the color blue by saying it represents sadness and or loyalty. I believe that our ancestors felt that blue was a reflection of the times. It couldn't be contained by one word or specificity because its a reflection of oneself. Today, we all come to the same conclusion of the meaning of the color blue – or do we?
